Lush in new prime location in Düsseldorf

Change of location in the redesigned Schadowstrasse: Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics succeeds Snipes at number 65. The British cosmetics company offers a sustainable product range on around 160 square metres of retail space opposite the Kö-Bogen. The shopping strip with the highest turnover was completely redesigned in 2021 with rest areas and new trees. We advised on the rental. The British company LUSH is an activist and a manufacturer and retailer of fresh, handmade cosmetics with more than 900 stores and additional e-commerce stores in 49 countries. Founded in 1995, the range includes over 300 products in the field of sustainable and fresh skin and hair care. In Germany, the business currently comprises 37 stores plus an online store. Approximately 600 people are employed in the retail sector. The Düsseldorf-based LUSH Manufaktur supplies the European market with fresh, handmade products and has a further 350 employees.
