Fabric for the future: Balenciaga Flagship store
From Paris to the Spree: French fashion brand Balenciaga has opened a flagship store on Kurfürstendamm in the heart of Berlin. Lührmann advised on the lease and acted as an intermediary with the previous tenant Versace.
Until now, the luxury brand's creations have only been available at Berlin's KaDeWe department store, the Alsterhaus in Hamburg and the Balenciaga store in Munich. On more than 330 square metres of retail space, the label arranges and presents pret-à-porter fashion for men and women alongside leather goods, sports shoes, perfume and accessories.
