New start for Lührmann Munich: Julian Nasiri to become managing partner
Lührmann Munich has recruited retail expert Julian Nasiri (38) as a new managing partner for the company, which will be restructured in 2021. Nasiri will take up his new position on 1 June 2021: in the coming months, he will build a team for the Munich branch of the Germany-wide real estate company and be operationally active.
Nasiri most recently headed the retail investment team at JLL in Munich as an authorised representative. Previously, he worked for Colliers International, Comfort and Deutsche Bank, among others. ‘Julian Nasiri knows both the leasing and the investment side very well’, emphasises Lührmann Managing Director Michael Backhove. He also has an excellent network in Munich, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, especially in the high street segment.
‘Munich is one of the most attractive cities in Europe, and Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg are in demand as real estate locations for investors and chain stores alike’, says Nasiri. ‘Together with my team, I will support our customers with the Germany-wide expertise of the Lührmann Group. We want to further develop Lührmann as an expert for prime local locations’.
