Lührmann brokers: Rituals’ new location in Spitalerstrasse
The commercial building at Spitalerstraße 16 in Hamburg is being converted and given over to retail. The former Deutsche Bank branch will be used by a well-known retailer in the future: lifestyle brand Rituals Cosmetics. Lührmann advised the chain store on the lease and acted as an intermediary.
‘With Rituals, Spitalerstraße gains a strongly expanding brand with exceptional appeal as well as high customer loyalty,’ explains Andreas Grüß, Managing Director of Lührmann Osnabrück. Rituals is planning a spacious flagship store with a new store building on Hamburg's busy shopping mile. The former bank branch will therefore be extensively rebuilt. Rituals plans to open in the autumn of 2022.
Trust in Lührmann
Lührmann has already been able to advise and act as broker for Rituals at various locations. Rituals has recently rented new stores in Lüneburg, Kleve, Erfurt and Dortmund, says Andreas Grüß.
Rituals Cosmetics will present its Far Eastern-inspired body and home care products on 273 square metres of retail space on the ground floor. The company is the fastest growing lifestyle brand in Europe with a focus on body & home products. The brand operates over 730 stores in 29 countries worldwide. In Germany, Rituals Cosmetics is currently represented by over 210 of its own stores.
Split area
The former premises of the bank branch will provide space for two stores after the reconstruction. A smaller area of around 150 square metres has also already been brokered by Lührmann. Further information will be communicated at a later date.
