Lührmann brokers: Butlers comes to Mainz

The new BUTLERS store in central Mainz has around 220 square metres of ground-floor retail space. There, BUTLERS will present its wide range of table and home accessories, decorative items and gift ideas under the motto ‘Happiness in beauty’.

Not far from tourist highlights such as Mainz Cathedral and the market square, BUTLERS aims to become another strong point of attraction for tourists and locals from Mainz and the surrounding area.

‘Mainz’s Schusterstraße has enjoyed very positive marketing demand - despite the general situation caused by the pandemic’, emphasises André Michel of Lührmann Düsseldorf. ‘With BUTLERS, we were able to provide the private owner with a modern company as a tenant that has recognised the signs of the times and is pursuing and implementing a successful omni-channel idea’.
