Denns BioMarkt comes to Bergmannkiez
A new Denns BioMarkt will open at Mehringdamm 68 in Berlin in winter 2021/2022. The previous tenant at the location was a regional supermarket. Lührmann advised on the lease and acted as intermediary.
Denns BioMarkt moves into a store with around 290 square metres of retail space in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Here, the organic speciality store offers a wide selection of organic foods, organic pharmaceutical products and natural cosmetics. A total of 6,000 items, including many regional products, find their place on the shelves of the organic speciality store and its well-stocked cheese counter. A bakery counter will offer baked goods fresh from the oven, as well as lunch dishes and hearty snacks to go.
Christin Franke, Senior Consultant Leasing at Lührmann in Berlin, was involved in the location search: ‘The Bergmannkiez is a hip, young neighbourhood with a clientele that values conscious and sustainable consumption. For Denns BioMarkt, the new space on Mehringdamm is an ideal location’.
Denns BioMarkt had already relied on Lührmann's expertise when renting a store in the Boxhagener-Kiez in Berlin's Friedrichshain district.
